What has changed in ICSE since 2024
If your picture of ICSE is from your own school days, it is out of date. In the last three years CISCE has:
- Revised the ISC syllabus for Classes XI–XII from the 2025 exams, with some topics removed.
- Moved to application-style questions — competency-based questions make up 25% of board papers in 2025, 40% in 2026 and 50% by 2027, the style JEE, NEET and CUET use.
- Added Robotics and Artificial Intelligence as subjects.
