Admission Requirements

For admission to class Playgroup the minimum age requirement of the child is 2½ years and above.

At the time of admission for class Playgroup to Upper K.G., an attested copy of the Birth certificate from the Nagar Mahapalika should be attached with the application form.

For other classes, a photocopy of the last final exam result and transfer certificate should be attached.

Students who are under transfer from schools outside U.P. must have their transfer certificates counter signed by the Inspector of schools of the state concerned.

If due to some reason, the T.C. is not attached with the form then it should be submitted within 15 days of admission, otherwise the admission is liable to be cancelled.

One passport size photograph is required at the time of registration.

The registered applicants will be required to appear for test and/or interview, after which the admission may be granted or refused. The decision of the School authorities will be final as far as granting or refusal of admission is concerned.

If I had already purchased a hard copy of the admission form (offline) then what would be the procedure?If you have already purchased the Admission Form, you are supposed to fill the hard copy of the form, duly sign it and send the soft copy of the same on 9453022798 through WhatsApp.

Do I need to submit the printout of the admission form?No, you are not supposed to submit the printout of the admission form filled online. Once submitted, it is already present in the school records.

How will I submit the documents?The Documents need to be uploaded online when applying for admission and copies are to be submitted in the school office.

How to get a copy of the filled admission form?After filling the complete form and submitting it, you will receive a copy of the filled form via Email which you may keep for your record

How will my child be tested for the admission tests?The tests will be conducted online along with a video interview of the child and the parents. Admission staff of the school will be contacting you regarding the same.

How will the admission be decided if I do not have the half yearly & annual report card with me?The student will be tested online, and an interview will be taken by the In-charge of the section. However, as soon as the school reopens, you will be required to submit a copy of the relevant report card for reference.

After the interview how will I get to know that my child’s seat is confirmed, and what is the next step?After examining the online test and interview, the admission staff will call you to inform the status of the acceptance or rejection of your application for admission. If accepted, you will have to pay the due fees online. Details and guidelines for payment will also be informed to you. After the payment of fees, your child will be allotted the seat.

What is the process for taking the entrance test for admission?The designated In-charge will contact you after checking and scrutinizing your admission form and then take an online test and interview of the student and the parents.

Will caution money be collected from my ward?No, caution money will not be collected from the students.

Will application form fees be charged if my ward is an existing student taking admission in class XI?No, application fee will not be charged for existing students taking admissionin class XI.
